PANAMA CITY, Fla. (March 20, 2009)—The parents of Texas A&M University sophomore Justin Richard Delval, 21, whose body was found near a beachfront condominium complex in Panama City, Fla., may have to wait for several months for answers about how their son died.

The Panama City News-Herald reports that the Florida Medical Examiner’s Office will perform a microscopic tissue examination and toxicology tests, the results from which won’t be available for 60 to 90 days.

The newspaper reports that the medical examiner ruled out traumatic injury as the cause of Delval’s death.

Delval, who’s from Katy, was in Panama City on a spring break trip.

A maintenance worker found his body Wednesday morning near the condo complex.

Police said Wednesday there were no signs of foul play and a Panama City TV station reported on its Web site that an investigation revealed that Delval had been drinking heavily during the day Tuesday.

Show some respect!!!! Justin was never a big party guy, and the results are not back yet. He was a loving, strong, christian man and someone's son, brother and friend. He will be dearly missed

I'D JUST CLASSIFY IT AS IGNORANCE AND STUPIDITY!! IF YOU DRINK AND DO DRUGS, JUST REMEMBER MORE THAN LIKELY YOU ARE GOING TO DIE!!! PERIOD!!!
