WACO (March 25, 2009)—Ryan Dale Bruner, 19, and Samuel Hansen, 19, both of Hewitt, were arrested Monday evening for criminal mischief after a Waco police detective spotted two teenagers on the roof of the Bank of America Building at 514 Austin Ave.
One of the teens was spray painting the side of the business on the second floor, police said.
The detective climbed to the roof of the building, where he arrested Hanson and Bruner.
Officers found several cans of spray paint inside a backpack and police said both Hanson and Bruner had paint on their hands and clothing.
Both were charged with criminal mischief.
The building has been the target of vandals over the past several years, police said.

Why would Waco PD care about hard drugs and murder on the north side? The problem areas are generally poor and populated by minorities. It's much easier and less risky to just point a lethal weapon at a couple middle-class kids. That way, it at least gives the illusion that the cops are doing their job.
First off guns were not needed and second everyone trying to make these KIDS look like hardcore criminals for spray painting the word "prom" on a already graffitti ridden building stop trying to act like you have never done anything stupid like this when you were young
so did she say yes?
