LUFKIN (April 1, 2009)--A former nurse was indicted Wednesday in a rash of patient deaths last April at a dialysis center in Lufkin.
Kimberly Saenz was indicted by an Angelina County grand jury on one count of capital murder and five counts of aggravated assault in connection with the spate of patient deaths last April at a DaVita Inc. dialysis center in Lufkin.
She’s accused of injecting bleach into 10 patients, killing five of them.
The clinic temporarily shuttered last year after the unexplained spike in deaths, and then later reopened under heavy state oversight.
The indictment charges Saenz with one count of capital murder in the five deaths.

there are so many way belach can get to the patient beside injecting with the lines i read other part 22pt. was in a wrong bath, and a total of 19 pt died and there is no document where the pt died,it need more investigation before we point our finger to the poor nurse.
I don't even think these could be called "mercy" killings because bleach burns, and would certainly not be an easy way to leave the world. This is just cruel.
