Does anybody else know anything about this? Well anyone with a lick of sense.
Isn't the speed limit 60 on that road and it was a no passing zone!! Why go 95 mph.
State law clearly specifies that the shoulder should be used for one purpose and one purpose only, EMERGENCY. i.e. car broke down, tire flat. Anyone who pulls over on the shoulder to let pass is just being blatently dangerous. Have you seen the shoulders of the roads around here lately.
