WACO (May 7, 2009)--Paul Keith Struckman, 33, who was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged in a series of sexual incidents involving a 5-year-old Central Texas girl has been named in a six-count grand jury indictment.

The indictment, handed up Wednesday by the McLennan County Grand Jury, charges continuous sexual abuse of a child, indecency with a child by contact, three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated sexual assault.

Struckman was arrested on Feb. 24 and remains jailed under a multi-million dollar bond.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the victim told her mother about the incident in July 2007 and later detailed the incident for investigators.

The 5-year-old girl told investigators she was assaulted “every time she is with Struckman,” according to the affidavit submitted for the arrest warrant.
