WACO (May 7, 2009)—Police arrested Nora Lee Busby, 45, early Thursday morning after responding to a peeping tom call.
Busby is a registered sex offender, police said.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a prowler around 4:50 a.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of Homan Avenue.
One of the officers spotted a man kneeling beside the residence.
When the man saw officers, however, he ran.
Police found him hiding behind a dumpster a short time later.
Busby was charged with evading arrest and window peeping, police said.

It is sad to me to read some of the comments in regards to this incident. I am the person he was watching, and this man has been peeping through my windows for years, this isn't anything anyone should take likely. A person like that should not be walking the streets, he is sad and disgusting and needs to be liked away.

It did say "peeping" and not peeing. I mean, that is what I do behind a dumpster.
