Overnight Accident Kills One Central Texas Man
Troopers are investigating why a Teague man veered off a road and hit a tree early Sunday morning.

(May 31, 2009) - The Department of Public Safety is investigating after a one vehicle accident killed a Teague man.

DPS says 35-year-old Louis Davis was driving southbound on Farm-to-Market 80 about a half mile south of Teague when for an unknown reason his 1992 Oldsmobile sedan veered off the roadway and struck a tree. It happened at 1:44 a.m. Sunday.

DPS says Davis was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace Debra Hamilton.

Davis was wearing a seatbelt, according to DPS.

i think that baylor needs to reasses there baseball program and make a change. This team underachieved and it is the head coaches fault. wake up baylor, get some fresh blood in the progtram and put a for sale sign in coach smiths house.
