ROCKDALE (June 3, 2009)--A Tuesday night auto accident near Rockdale has claimed the life of a local man.

Prince Labuen, 21, was driving east on Milam County Rd. 333, less than a mile east of Rockdale when he lost control of his car, which left the roadway and rolled over onto its top, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Pubic Safety said.

The investigator at the scene reported Labuen was not wearing seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Milam County Justice of the Peace Don Ahrendt pronounced Labuen dead at the scene.
