MIAMI, Fla. (June 4, 2009)—A defense attorney is suggesting that a spray-on tanning product might actually be responsible for the death of Eleonora Kaufman, 33.
Her husband, Adam Kaufman, 36, is accused of strangling her in November 2007, but his attorney, Bill Matthewman, said arsenic or some other poisonous substance in the tanning spray might actually be the culprit.
Eleonora Kaufman got a spray tan one day before she died.
A judge Wednesday denied a motion to release Kaufman on bond.

If she was found strangled to death then how can he come back and try and blame it on tanning spray? Sounds like he is trying to place blame on something else because he can't handle the truth. I can't believe his lawyer is even letting this happened.
