CONROE (June 15, 2009)--The rollover of a 1929 open-top Ford Roadster left one person dead and three others hurt in Conroe.
Police identified the driver who died as Daredeth Perry Ward, 45, of Willis.
Autopsy results were pending Monday.
Conroe police say the accident happened Saturday night after Ward, two of her relatives and a friend were leaving a car show.
The Conroe Courier reports police believe the antique car accelerated and was exceeding the 40-mile-an-hour speed limit, before it flipped and ejected all four occupants.

It's interesting, this womans name...a life time of living up to the name Dare Death...no matter what the spelling. I wonder if people think about such things when they name their young? My sympathies to the families involved.
