Father Of Two Murdered Texas Children Charged
The father of two young Texas children whose bodies were found in a car has been charged with capital murder in the deaths.

HOUSTON (June 18, 2009)--The father of two Texas children who were found dead in a car is facing capital murder charges.
Police say the children were killed in what evidently was a murder and attempted suicide.
Pedro Enrique Rosabal, 33, was charged with capital murder in the deaths of his daughter, Osiris, 8, and son Onasis, 6.
Police spokesman John Cannon has said the two children were found shot to death in a car Tuesday.
Their father had shot himself in the head.
Rosabal is on life support and in critical condition at Ben Taub General Hospital.
Cannon said police had been looking for the children after their mother reported to authorities that her estranged husband had called saying he planned to drive them to an unknown location and kill them.
