Court Orders Paternity Test For Anna Nicole’s Infant Daughter
A court has ordered former Mexia waitress Anna Nicole Smith bo take her infant daughter to California for paternity tests.

(December 23, 2006)--Anna Nicole Smith is being ordered by a court to bring her infant daughter to California for paternity tests, according to a publicist for a former boyfriend.
Smith's ex, Larry Birkhead, says he's the dad and he asked the court to order the test.
Smith's attorney won't confirm or deny the ruling.
And, a court spokeswoman wouldn't confirm the order, saying paternity cases are confidential.
If Birkhead is confirmed to be the father, he could get visitation or custody rights and possibly a large amount of child support.
The birth certificate lists Dannielynn's father as attorney Howard K. Stern, Smith's current companion.
