Former Waco Council On Alcoholism Employee Indicted For Theft
A former employee of Waco’s Heart of Texas Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse was indicted Wednesday in the theft of funds from the nonprofit organization.

WACO (July 8, 2009)—Cindy Lynn Love, a former employee of Waco’s Heart of Texas Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, was indicted Wednesday by the McLennan County Grand Jury for theft of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000 in connection with the embezzlement of thousands of dollars from the nonprofit organization.
Love, who worked for the council for 12 years, was arrested in December.
She was later freed after posting bond.
The chairman of the board of the council, which is funded by local donations and state money, said in December she and other staff members were devastated by the theft, which was discovered during a routine annual audit.

Well to "a friend" you must not know her and her kids very well. Her youngest boy broke into her friends house a couple a years ago and stole electronics and he just got out of juvenile hall for shooting a neighborhood kid with a bb gun, I believe that it was in the face. Also, the young boy is always left at home alone while she is at the bars. She would not even pay for his lunch at the elementary school, he always had to eat cheese sandwhiches that are provided for children that do not have a lunch. I hope she gets that max. Then maybe that boy will have a chance to have a decent role mole.

Cindy has 4 GREAT kids, ages 25 to 13, who are suffering the most from this so for anyone that wants to leave some rude remark, it'd be cool if you just didn't comment at all. Thanks & have a good weekend.
