BOISE, Idaho (July 25, 2009)--A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by an inmate who said his civil rights were violated when he was transferred to a Texas prison.

Leslie Peter Bowcut was sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty in 2002 to lewd and lascivious conduct with young girls.

In 2006, Bowcut and hundreds of other inmates were shipped to out-of-state prisons in an effort to relieve overcrowding in Idaho.

Bowcut sued Idaho Correction Department officials, saying conditions at the Newton County Correctional Center were worse than the conditions in Idaho, but U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill tossed the lawsuit Thursday, saying as long as Bowcut was treated the same as other Texas inmates, there was no civil rights violation even if the conditions were different from those in Idaho.

Just more nonsense guilty Criminals try to pull. He has 'no' civil-rights as a convicted criminal. Ship him to Arizona and let Sheriff Joe take care of him(outside in a tent with 110 degree heat, with pink underwear, and bonogna sandwiches!!!
