JENNINGS, La. (July 26, 2009)--A prosecutor says he expects trial this fall for a 36-year-old Lake Arthur, La. woman accused of killing her mother and stuffing the body into a padlocked box, and then burying it in East Texas.

Roseann Duhon Klumpp has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder of Dorothy Mae Hey, 60, of Lake Arthur.

District Attorney Michael Cassidy said the case will be among the top five of 131 cases set for trial the week of Sept. 21.

He said it probably will be heard in September or November.

Hey's daughter, Betty Jean Fulton, 43, and her husband, 39-year-old Robert Lee Fulton of Cleveland, Texas, have pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence in the case.

A Texas judge sentenced each of them to five years in prison.
