KILLEEN (August 14, 2009)-- Killeen police released surveillance photos Friday in hopes someone will recognize a soldier who threw a chair he took from a local restaurant at a passing pickup, causing more than $1,600 damage.
The incident happened on April 29 in the 500 block of West Rancier.
Investigators say the soldier, dressed in military BDUs, drove up to the El Taco Jalisco Restaurant at 516 W. Rancier in a dark green over tan Ford Super Crew Cab four-door pickup, police said.
He parked in front of the restaurant, went inside, picked up a chair and then went back outside, where he threw the chair at a passing 2001 Dodge Ram pickup.
Police have no idea why.
He then got back into his pickup and drove south, behind the business.
Investigators are asking anyone who knows anything about the soldier or the incident to call either the Killeen Police Department at (254) 501-8800 or Killeen Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-8477.

Well blind if he shot someone in the head would you have to see the picture of it to believe it happened? Or is the dead person good enough? No wonder guilty people walk in this world, everybody is blind.

I'll bet he had a good reason to do this, we just haven't heard his side of the story "There's 'always two sides to the story"
