LAMPASAS (August 19, 2009)—Lampasas County sheriff’s deputies and Texas Rangers are investigating after the death of a 2-month-old girl and the arrest of the infant’s parents, who are charged with injury to a child and may face additional charges, as well.

Two-month-old Isabella Garza was pronounced dead Monday at Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, to which her parents had taken her from their home in Lampasas County, the sheriff’s office said Wednesday.

Lowell Preston Garza and Crystal Raquel Garza, were later arrested and charged with injury to a child with intent of serious bodily injury, the sheriff’s office said.

Hey Cheri, get over the poor Crissy thing. She is as guilty as the day is long. SHE stayed with that pig after he went to jail for PUNCHING his first child, who was 5 months old, a baby girl, he had by another teenager. SHE CHOSE to get busted at 9 months pregnant with DRUGS under the seat of her car, when she was PREGNANT with Isiah. SHE CHOSE TO STAY WITH that pig, Lowell, AFTER CPS got involved for BRUISES AND MARKS ON ISIAH. SHE CHOSE to STAY WITH HIM AFTER HE BEAT ISIAH and she CHOSE TO LAY DOWN WITH HIM YET AGAIN and bring BELA into that sick world. SHE CHOSE to DO ALL THESE THINGS, KNOWING what a sick twisted PIG she was with. SHE WAS HOME WHEN BELA GOT BEAT TO DEATH. SHE CHOSE TO DRIVE TO KILLEEN INSTEAD OF CALLING 911, NOW LET HER SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF HER CHOICES and get over the holier than though attitude. Look at her Mom, she has 3 DUI's, the 3rd is a felony because her little brother Tim was in the car with her. THEY ALL NEED TO ROT. I hope she gets LIFE.

I can't believe how quick to judge everyone is being! The media throws out a few harsh words and everone just runs with it! It is VERY sad what happened to Bela! And I hope they slam the book on the guilty party, but Crissy didn't have anything to do with her babys' death. I've known her for almost 10 years now and there is no way. Her babies were everything to her and she wanted that "perfect family" just like you or I. How many of you hipocrites took your boyfriend or husband back after they smacked you around and said "sorry, it won't happen again!" She had no control over him nor do I believe she thought he was capable of doing such a horrible thing. It's not your place to judge anyone. God will take care of baby Bela's killer without your mentally abusive words. I love you Crissy and you will always be in my prayers!!

Did any further charges get filed? Did Preston really close his church? What are they hiding? Why did Preston go to prison in Oklaoma? Why is Crystal in Waco? Where is the 2 year old? Has everybody been silence by the man of God? Is the Lindsey compound conducting the town of Lampasas?
