Bell County Crews Battle Series Of Grassfires
Firefighters from several Bell County departments battled the flames of three grassfires Wednesday afternoon.

BELL COUNTY (August 26, 2009)—Firefighters from Little River, Holland, Bartlett and Salado battled a series of three grassfires Wednesday afternoon.

The first at Wallace Road and Campbell Hill Road scorched about seven acres.

A second fire in the area burned about three acres.

A third fire charred about three acres at Campbell Hill Road and Dice Grove Road.

No injuries were reported and the fires did not damage any schedules.

Heaven help us if the firefighters schedules get damaged while out fighting fires. Try using structures perhaps?
