SAN ANTONIO (September 6, 2009)—Searchers have recovered the body of a missing San Antonio woman in the aftermath of a boating accident.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Warden Capt. Danny Villalobos identified the victim as Morgan Clark, 20.
He said her body was found at Canyon Lake.
Villalobos said Robert Gilson, 68, of Canyon Lake, was driving a boat near Little Jacobs Creek when the boat suddenly turned, throwing Gilson and Clark into the water.
Gilson was injured.
The boat then ran onto the shoreline.
Villalobos said Clark was last seen sinking below the surface of the lake.
No one in the 22-foot Blue Wave was wearing a lifejacket.
