(February 14, 2007)—It may be consolation for women whose men miss Valentine’s Day, but apparently even the leader of the free world forgets.

First Lady Laura Bush says her hubby is "not very good" about remembering come Feb. 14.

She told talk-show host Rachael Ray that it's usually up to the White House florist to get a card, which the president signs.

It's then delivered with flowers.

Mrs. Bush says last year, one of the White House gardeners made a heart topiary for the president to give her.

But the first lady says there's no question it was the gardener who thought of it, not her husband.

On this, their next-to-last Valentine's Day in the White House, Laura Bush says they'll probably have a romantic dinner.
