GATESVILLE (September 18, 2009)--James Pat Wheat, 60, of Gatesville, who was arrested earlier this summer in an incident involving a 4-year-old girl whom his wife was babysitting, has been indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child by the Coryell County Grand Jury.
Gatesville police arrested Wheat on July 27 and he was released from the Coryell County Jail on the same day after posting $35,000 bond.
According to the affidavit submitted for the arrest warrant, the girl told her mother that she had been kissed and fondled and then told not to tell anyone what had happened.
The results of a medical examination were consistent with what the girl told her mother, the affidavit said.
The affidavit said the sexual assault happened just a few days prior to Wheat's arrest.

RUN NO moving YES was all in plan weeks prior to the accusation. I say there is still lots more to the story than any of us know. Parent's, Wheat's, Grandparents, Brother, No question that someone violated the little girl, but you can get her to say anyone if ask the right questions..... Just get the guilty one WHO EVER IT IS
