Woman's Nude Body Found At Luxury Hotel

NEW YORK (September 20, 2009)—Police were looking for a killer Sunday after theThe body of a naked woman with her throat slashed was found at a luxury hotel on the south end of New York City's Central Park.
Police said the knife was still in her neck.
They said investigators were at the Jumeirah Essex House hotel looking into the woman's death.
They said the woman appeared to have been in her 30s but haven't disclosed any other details.
The body was found Saturday afternoon in a condo at the Manhattan hotel, which is near Broadway and upscale Fifth Avenue shops such as Tiffany & Co. and Bergdorf Goodman.
The hotel said in a statement its "heartfelt condolences go out to the victim's family."
The 44-story art deco landmark features hundreds of luxury rooms and suites as large as 2,500 square feet.
It opened in 1931.
