If motor cycle people had as many laws as people who drive cars maybe there wouldn't be that many wrecks. helmets should be a must, and kids should not be allowed on them since there are seat belt laws and booster seat laws now!

Officers wife. Your right, There are rude drivers. Inconsiderate drivers. Drivers using their cell phones. There are also a lot of Motorcycle riders that put themselves in danger. Like the one yesterday leaving base at 5:00 who cut right in between 2 cars and settled in front of the truck in front of me. Technically that truck was tailgating the motorcycle, but it was the rider who put himself there. Its almost like the Pit bull defenders. it seems once a week there is a motorcyclist killed and immediately people are posting about how they get no respect on the road and they arent all reckless. Maybe not, but there are still far too many who are. And while there are a lot of stupid drivers, being able to blame them doesnt bring back a loved one. So all you riders out there, be careful, drive defensive and dont do anything potentially dangerous just because you can.
