(March 8, 2007)—One man was in custody Thursday afternoon and Waco police were looking for a second after a string of 30 car break-ins overnight in a North Waco neighborhood.
A witness spotted the car in which the two men were riding, jotted down the license number and called police.
The burglars stole toolboxes, CD players, stereos and other electronics, police said, but the stolen items have been recovered and will be returned to their owners.
