Armed deputies swarmed into the Coryell County Courthouse in Gatesville Friday after a courtroom panic alarm sounded during a hearing.

for Robert, Gatesville. How would YOU know? I will not divulge the method he used, because that will all come out in court. I just made a question, not a fact. I asked " Could there be DNA evidence that was left on this child by the predator?" Merely a question of thought. How can forensic scientist tell that 20 yrs later a DNA sample was found on a deceased person and get convictions? I don't know who the predator is for certain, but If there were DNA from his hands on this child's private area, or on her diaper, or even inside her, and yes skin cells can come off us when our hands are in areas they shouldn't be, then perhaps the prosecutor can get him convicted. Perhaps, the hospital did not perform a rape kit on her, but whatever the physical evidence, the grand jury felt it was compelling enough to send to trial.

Well, Friday the 13th. Will that be a good luck day for Wheat? He goes to court to find out his trial date. I want this case heard by moms, dads, big brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, grandfathers, grandmothers. I want them to try an imagine being the parent of a small child that tells you about the details of a sexual assault. Then, I want them to weigh the evidence that the hospital rape kit shows. Could there be DNA evidence that was left on this child by the predator? Think of it. Our DNA comes off our hands everytime we touch something. It does not need to be fingerprints, either. I can't stomach the thought of what I would have done to him. But, if he is found guilty by a jury of his peers, actually, the people of the jury are better than he, I want him to do his time in Amarillo, Texas.Those inmates kill child predators. He needs to be housed AWAY from his family.Don't forget about the other 2 women. We won't.

Michelle: I agree trust you children, but remember there are normal parents and children, then there are parents that teach their children to help scam other. Even as small as 4 yoa. I can assure you that my 4yoa grandaughter can be controled by her mothers words. so much as to say I cant hug you, moma said it was wrong and so is kissing on my cheek. How many grandparent are not allowed to show love and effection to their grandchildren.. Parent has the most influence on kids. That why children are violated by family members and never tell, or tell someone else may have done it to protect moma. Today anything can and does happen. Normal kids believe what they say, but behind closed doors we don't know normal.. Never

And this is another reason why WE as parents should trust our kids. Listen to your kids.There is so much crimes out there being commit by kids, there are so much hate being commit by kids, and there is so much gangs out there looking for kids.That is why we as parents need to listen to our kids.Kids want to be heard.If it is good or bad they are trying to tell us, we as parents need to listen and be there for them.Just to set the record straight a child of this age(4) could not have made this up.The brain does not have the functions to cross lie this.If someone had hurt her there is no way that her brain could cross it to someone other then the person that did this, even if there is someone telling her different.If she saw a MICKY MOUSE movie,she would be able to tell you about it. Say someone tried to make her lie about it, her brain doesn't have that set in it yet.When something bad or traumatic happens in their little brains it sticks.Listen to your kids.It's called TRUST!

Yes, Kelly I know of two or three cases that someone is label sex offender that are not. One was the very same thing the mother told the two little girls what to said. And to this day 17 yr later both girls told him and others that it was the grandfather.An guess who the court awarded the girls too. Yes,sir the grandfather. The mother lie and told the girl if they would lie and do this they would get to go live with their dad(her ex husband)she thought this would bring hime back to her and the girl. But to this day the other guy still has it on his record. Oh yes it is ashame what some one would do.Check ALL the males in that family IF it really did happened. An have differ one's question the child without the mother. Watch the child play but to if the child has been sat in front of a tv, she has already seen rapes,sex. It's ashame a child can not be a child any more.

I just want to chime in and say something.This is the only crime in the US where you are guilty until proven innocent.My brother has been labeled as a sex offender because we all believe that his wife's ex and his wife coached her daughter into saying that she was sexually assaulted by him.They say the word of a child is golden because of innocence but even when my brother's own daughter said that nothin ever happened, they would not believe her and the girls shared the same room together.What I'm wanting to get out there is that there are people out there who will use kids to their advantage all because of malice.It tears me up because I've seen how happy their family was and how comfortable she was around him until one day it was all taken away from them.I have pictures of them all laughing and smiling right before their deployment.Sometimes, you have to look at both sides before you point the finger and say who's guilty because my brother is not but is forced to wear the label...

He will come down and he will bring you down.Look he has ripped your family apart.Even your son-in-law saw him for what he is.He even took the car back from James after you so paid for it.You grandchildern don't even come to see you.It is because of this evil man.You can do better dont let him do this to you.Remember God is always with you and you will never walk alone.Trust in God and he will guild you the right way.Never choose over your own GOD.James is not worth was you have to lose.GOD,FAMILY,FRIENDS, and YOURSELF!

From the looks of it,James and Pat have been tied up in some lies. And making PAT's mother lie about something. Sound like they all can not be trusted.Even down to Pat's mother! Just look at it like this,The Wheats your day is coming. Heather: James and Patricia did not get a lucky break. Something is for sure wrong. This poor little girl and her family just could be guilty also. sex offenders bail is so much because the have prior. They should have never been released in the first place. Yes think this man was our bus driver. Has any other child stepped up to the plate? Sex Offenders don't only pick just one child. Yes it could have been your kids! but was it? This could be your husband, son, father. Would you want him to have a trial or just hang him with out hearing any of the evidence Your Days will follow got me to thinking. This could be anyone of us accused. Ever let kids spend the night with your child? They go home, and something happens and bam you get accused. You know you didn't but someone did, but the finger is pointed at you...

JUDGE NOT UNLESS YOU BE JUDGE...THROW THE FIRST STONE...you all have Wheat GUILTY,and LABLED, Do any of you know 100% he is GUILTY?? This could be a frame deal by Mother to get out of paying her debt and getting her car back, protecting her family MEMBER that could have committed this crime. How would you feel to be convicted, labled, yet possibly innocent?? Legal System that a Person is Guilty from the Time of the arrest..No trial, no jury to hear the evidence, just hang him. Sure hope that none of you have to face anything like this or any criminal offence. Just smear your name as a Sicko, trash trash. I Pray that the GUILTY person is convicted, Who ever it may be, but until found guilty, GOD Tells me not to judge unless I want to be Judged. Eye for and Eye Tooth for a Tooth, but hear all the evidence and know beyond a shadow he is guilty. There's a lot the public doesn't know about this case. If you really want to voice your oppinion then go to the trial, hear the evidence.
