First of all want to send my prayers with this family. This was a tradgic accident. You can place blame on the school but this is just a work of God he makes all the decisions in our lives. It wasn't anything nobody could do to prevent Pricianna being called home to be with our Lord and Savior. She's at rest she didn't suffer. It's kids today that are living with cancer and having to go to several doctors and treatment. Where she is at there is no suffering. Shes living better than any of us. We love her and miss her but God loves her more and will take care of her better than any of us could. This accident should be a wake up call for everybody. I know it has been for me. Tomorrow isn't promised to no one. Live your life to the fullest and get your house in order with the Lord. That's all I can say to eveyone. This is no time for negativity this family needs love, support and most importantly they need Prayer. God knows best and to the family stay stong. WE WILL MISS YOU PRINCIANNA.

I have had the wondrful opportunity to meet Princanna on several occasions. She was a wonderful, sweet, prescious child. I would like the family to know that I am praying for them. Also, I offer many prayers to the staff and students that saw this tragic event. May God bless each and every person involved.

All of the WISD family is heartbroken that a life was lost, regardless of the circumstances. It does not provide any comfort for the family for accusations to be made regarding who is at fault. The fact of the matter is, we all come to school each day with the hope of providing knowledge to students so that they can grow and become productive citizens. It is a tragedy if any child or adult is unnecessarily taken from this world. Please try to remember that teaching isn't just teaching anymore. The responsibility of safety belongs to all people. To attempt to crucify this teacher over an accident is just as senseless as the little girl's death. Of course, anyone who thinks supervision is easy, is welcome to obtain an education, get certified, and join the workforce. What a sad day!

I want to express my sincere sympathy to the family of Princanna Strain. She is a beautiful little angel in Heaven now, and she's watching over you. May the Lord comfort you now and in the many months ahead as you grieve your loss. She is a precious child of God. You will see her again someday. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I express my condolences. I share tears, and intercessory prayers for all that are involved. May the sovereignty of God infitrate through every area concerning this matter. I pray the needed support for this precious grandmother (before, during, and after the fact...) as long as she needs it, and in every area that she needs it (may this include loved ones, friends, and those who interacted with Princanna). I pray that the LORD will turn this tragedy into triumph for His glory. Even though we may never understand, or be able to answer the question "WHY her", or "WHY now", we can be comforted in knowing that God is still on the thrown, in control, hears our cries, heals our hurts (which will be progressive as life, and time continues), walks with us, and intervenes on our behalf. I typed this comment as a support, and not as one that believes he has the answer to what happened. Please be at peace in knowing that others that don't know you personally cares too. I am praying for you...

This is a real tragedy, and it's sad that people who can't spell, use punctuation, or proper grammer assume they are smart enough know what actually went on here. The teacher was right there. The kids saw a lizard and chased it up there. The teacher was immediately getting the kdis off when the cabinet fell. Could the cabinets have been stored safer? Maybe, but accidents can happen anywhere. The kids could have just as easily been climbing a desk ro a cabinet in a classroom with a similar result. The teacher was doing her job, yet now this incident will haunt her for the rest of her life, and she'll have to put up with angry idiots like some of the posters here who feel like they must blame someone. The family needs your support. The teacher needs your support. Let it go at that.

Believe it or not, there is not always someone at fault for accidents. Stop looking for someone to blame all the time. These things happen unfortunately. Thoughts and prayers for the family, friends and school members in this tragic event.

This is sad. To all the people who say stuff about the school. Apply to work at ther school or volunteer for one month. You can see how hard it is to take watch so many kids for one hour. The little girl is in heaven. The teachers have to live with this accident for years to come. Pray for them also.

Concerned perhaps you should have remained in school and learned how to spell before you decided to post a comment here and allow everyone to see just what happens when someone either fails or drops out of school. I really appreciate your concern but am also concerned about where you went to school that you can write so well

May God bless and hold you in His love at your time of loss of this precious little girl. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God which passeth all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. And one day there will be a grand reunion and your little sweetheart will be waiting for you. Until then, take comfort as best you can in knowing that any and all suffering she might would have known and did know is over and she is at peace with loved ones who have gone before. God bless you all.

My heart goes out to this family, you never think when you drop your kid off at school:you will never see them again. If this school has safety problems they should be brung to attention and taken care of. Before, an incident like this happens. It is funny it always takes something bad to happen before we as adults do anything to correct it before hand. I hope this is a wake up call to all parents. Please take care of your babies, teach them right from wrong and encourage them to be respectful and responsible. If we don't no one else will. This can be called a freak accident if it makes everyone feel better, but the truth is it is an accident that could have been prevented. God Bless the family, I can only imagine the pain you are feeling right now.
