Rocket Engine Test Now Scheduled For Saturday
The test of a nine-engine rocket cluster is now scheduled for Saturday afternoon at the SpaceX facility in McGregor west of Waco.

WACO (October 10, 2009)—The test of the Falcon 9 nine-engine rocket cluster is now scheduled for Saturday afternoon at the SpaceX test facility in McGregor west of Waco.
SpaceX said the test firing is expected sometime between noon and 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
The test will last for 10 seconds.
A second test scheduled for next week will last 30 seconds, SpaceX said.

James...Why buy a house so close to Space X if you don't like noise? It's like people building houses next to an airport then complaining about airplanes flying over?

well rockethacker your friends are idiots. If they have common sense then they know they are doing damage to peoples house. you are in waco so how would you feel being 1 mile away from this thing. I have a brand new built house and everytime that stupid thing goes off it feels like an earthquake and feels like my house is about to collapse. If people want a fight to get this thing out of here and put it somewhere else I am with you. lets put it in rockethackers back yard and let him see what it feels like. fort hood is fixing to get a piece of my mind too. maybe both of them can move in with you and let me have my peace and quiet. If mcgregor and waco are so rich then why don't they give people money? oh I am sorry they already pay people to shut their mouth and deal with it. maybe everyone in mcgregor can move to houston with spacex and we will all have some quiet around. and again your friends are idiots that sit behind a computer all day twirling their thumbs
