KILLEEN (October 18, 2009)--Lito Totoy Beltran of Harker Heights was jailed in lieu of $500, 000 bond after he was arrested on a warrant charging arson in connection with a mobile home fire in 2007 in Killeen that injured three teenagers, one of whom later died.

Investigators say the fire that broke out on Dec. 12, 2007 in a mobile home in the 200 block of Reese Creek Road in Killeen was set deliberately.

A barking dog alerted the teenagers to the fire, but they were all injured as they escaped from the burning mobile home.

A fourth occupant escaped without injury,

Will Dunivan was the most seriously injured.

He was taken to Parkland Hospital in Dallas with burns over most of his body.

He died on Feb. 13, 2008.

I spent everyday with will. I lived with the guy. He was my best friend. I wish I could go back and change everything. I never knew It would end up like this. How can someone be so selfish. I would give anything to spend at least 1 more day with him. I don't wish Death apon anyone but what you get for this is what you deserve. And too Think that you had the nerve to enter my hospital room and stare at me like the sick person you are is unthinkable. You could have handled things differently like confront me. Not set my house on fire while I sleep. It sickens me to even think about it. I hope while you're sitting in your jail cell you think long and hard about the pain you have caused too alot of people. We need less of people like you on this earth. Allways remembered and loved Will D (BPC) Im sorry
