BELTON (October 21, 2009)—Lincoln Troy Kephart, 45, of Killeen, was indicted for sexual assault Wednesday in connection with an incident a year ago involving a 15-year-old girl whose picture, according to the affidavit submitted for an arrest warrant, he had tattooed on his chest.

Kephart was arrested earlier this year after the girl told investigators that in October 2008, he picked her up at school and took her to his house where he fondled her, according to the affidavit.

Kephart admitted to an investigator that he knew the girl, who’s now 16, but denied any sexual contact, the affidavit said.

Kephart took photographs of the girl that match those on her MySpace page to a tattoo artist, the affidavit said.

It took five hours to tattoo the girl’s image on his chest, the affidavit said.

He told the tattoo artist the picture was one of a girl he loved, the affidavit said.

Kephart remains in the Bell County Jail.

The Bell County Grand Jury also indicted Paula Myria Shelton, 29, of Killeen for fraud in connection with an attempt to file a fraudulent prescription for 60 hydrocodone pills in June at a K-Mart in Killeen.

The arrest warrant affidavit says the pharmacist at the store became suspicious after receiving a call from someone purporting to be a doctor with the prescription for the painkiller.

The affidavit said the caller used incorrect medical terminology and that it sounded as if the call was placed from a vehicle.

Shelton was arrested when she arrived to pick up the prescription.

Dwan Christopher Baity, 19, of Killeen, was indicted for aggravated robbery in connection with an incident in which a man who was sleeping in a truck was pulled out and robbed at gunpoint.

Christopher Allen Hill, 20, of Killeen was re-indicted for injury to a disabled person and aggravated assault in connection with an attack on his father, who is confined to a wheelchair.

Police were dispatched in April to Metroplex Hospital in Killeen where the victim told him he was struck in the eye with a bottle.
