(March 19, 2007)--A source says two of the officers who fired most of the 50 shots that killed a New York man on his wedding day will face felony manslaughter and first-degree assault charges.

A person close to the investigation also told The Associated Press that a third officer will face a misdemeanor endangerment charge.

All three officers turned themselves in Monday before their arraignment.

Two other officers involved were not indicted.

The shooting outside a Queens nightclub last November killed Sean Bell and severely injured two of his bachelor party guests.

Police have said the officers were involved in an undercover investigation at the nightclub when they overheard a conversation that convinced them the men were going to their car to retrieve a gun.
