To Paul's family and friends: weep freely tears of joy and rememberances. To my friend Paul Meyer, one of the great mentors of my life: I'll see you later on at the feet of Christ.

Paul could look right through you to your heart and see the real you and all your hurts and fears. He demonstrated the strength to burn through your facade and the love to tenderly yet firmly help you focus on doing right. An unusual man of God who I cherish having met. Thank you, Lord for the opportunity

Although I have not been one of the fortunate to have met this great man, I am fortunate to have changed many aspects of my life due to his insight. A great leader and mentor...the world has lost a treasure.

For over 7 years I was a Development Director for the "Haggai Institute. Inc" Ministry, of which Dr. Paul J. Meyer was a longtime friend, supporter and Trustee; the joys and great blessings of knowing him through H.I., his deep commitment to this God-inspired evangelical ministry, being profoundly influenced by his leadership and encouragement in person, letter, print and disc, will be forever indelible and beneficial in my life...Prayer-tears of Joy flow for his Coronation with Jesus...yet Prayer-tears of sadness flow selfishly because of his physical absence from our 'worldwide family circle' and for his loving family...Amen.

I worked for SMI in the 80's - He was a great and charitable man who loved his family and community but above all loved his God. He will be missed. My prayers are with Jane and the family.

Paul's ideas and example changed my life. 1n 1976 I found one of SMI Programs in an old warehouse. I became so motivated that one year later I met Paul and his beautiful family at their home in Waco, when I became a SMI Associate in the Caribbean. Since them, his philosophy of personal success has been guiding my life. I'll be in debt with him forever. My sincere condolences for Jane, children and grandchildren, and all SMI collaborators and associates.

Mr. Paul J. Meyer was a mentor of mine. He taught me that if I don't have discipline, then I don't have anything. You will be missed sir! I am so happy I got a chance to meet you. That will stay with me forever. R.I.P.

Paul also started Leadership Management International (LMI). LMI has been a prime mover of much of his materials for several decades (of which we have had a franchise for over 20 years). Many millions have been impacted by his programs, thoughts and writings. He was all about helping others with goal achievement and making the changes that would make them most effective and successful. I had some of my biggest epiphanies about leadership though his programs. His ideas on leadership have affect so many people - even more when you consider that a leader has impact upon many others. Paul, in my mind, was a prime example of a Servant Leader - he led by serving - modeling his ultimate hero, Jesus Christ. We'll see you in the coming Kingdom Paul!
