Deputies Arrest Colorado Fugitive At Texas Horse Training Facility
Deputies have arrested a Colorado fugitive at a North Texas horse-training facility.

JOHNSON COUNTY (October 26, 2009)—Acting on a tip, Johnson County deputies have arrested a Colorado fugitive at a horse-training facility on FM 731 in Burleson, John County Sheriff Bob Alford said Monday.
Petrolino Leroy Vargas, 37, is wanted in Colorado for failure to appear on cases of theft, fraud and forgery.
He was in the Johnson County Jail Monday evening, pending extradition.
