KILLEEN (October 27, 2009)—Shela Fae Heights of Killeen was in custody Tuesday in lieu of $100,000 bond, charged with injury to a child after her 1-year-old daughter was burned across the chest and abdomen with a hot iron.
Heights was arrested Monday after Killeen police were called to a local hospital where nurses had spotted the burns on the infant.
According to the arrest affidavit, Heights told police that the infant accidentally fell on the iron, but doctors told investigators that the iron was applied at least twice.

I am sorry if my comments made you think I considered all colored people as poor parents...I simply made those statements because she has that GETTO look about her. If she was white I probably would have said. Look at her, she looks like the kind of mom that never takes her cigarette outta her mouth while she is cussing at em and sends em off to go live with their real dad! Is that better?
