By the way, my thoughts and prayers go out to all those in and around Ft Hood Wednesday and Thursday and secondly... the Cove vs Harker Heights game did happen... and Cove won. But yes this isn't about who won or lost its about innocent people losing their lives because some heartless individual decides to go on a killing spree. I honestly wish it were me instead of them because one of them would be going home to their kids, and wives or husbands. I would be honored to support my country, and I think everyone should do the same!!!!!

To MMH, please stop get your big girl panties in a wad! That game was NOT canceled out of respect for anyone! Who are you kidding? There several reasons the game was canceled of which one was safety of the students! Considering all the false information that the media was feeding us, we really didnt know when things were "all clear"! You must be one of those bleeding heart liberals that wants to give the KILLER hugs and understanding! Besides we all know that there is NOTHING more important than high school football in Texas! It even trumps god for most!!!!

i have never seen such disrespect from players or adults. harker heights fans/parents fueled the actions of the players tonight and people wonder what is wrong with our kids today when it is the parent standing there cussing you about the outcome of a game that is in control of the officials.
