FALLS COUNTY (November 7, 2009)--Rex Allen Conners, 21, of Falls County, died late Friday night in a one-vehicle rollover, authorities said Saturday.
The accident happened at about 11:40 p.m. Friday on Falls County Road 406 near the intersection of U.S. Highway 77 and Highway 320.
