Man Arraigned In Beating Death Of Central Texas Infant
A pretrial hearing is scheduled next month for a 20-year-old man charged in the beating death of a 2-and-a-half month old Central Texas infant.

LAMPASAS (November 9, 2009)--A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Dec. 14 for a man charged with capital murder in the beating a 2-and-a-half-month-old infant in Lampasas County.

Lowell Preston Garza, 20, was arraigned Friday in Lampasas County on the capital murder charge.

The Lampasas County Sheriff's office arrested Garza originally on a charge of injury to a child.

Garza was indicted on Oct. 21 on the capital murder charge.

According to the indictment, the infant, Isabella Raquel Garza was hit several times by a hand or fist, and died.

Garza was arrested on August 17.

He remains in the Lampasas County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond.

Once again, while the father has sat in jail, the mother has been out on bond, having a good time, been seen out dancing and partying...she was charged as well, she has claimed she was not there, at work, whatever, the hag knew when she left the baby with him he had already had charges of child abuse, if she was there she did nothing to protect her child. It took two of them to have the child, the two of them killed the child, the two of them should rot in hell together. They are a total waste of human flesh.

This person makes me absolutely sick to my stomach. I have no mercy for anyone that hurts a child. RIP little one, you are safe now.
