HOUSTON (November 9, 2009)--The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to review the case of a Montgomery County man condemned for shooting a woman and dumping her body in a lake so he could steal her red convertible.
Michael James "Romeo" Perry was convicted of the slaying of Sandra Stotler, 50, during a burglary of her home near Lake Conroe eight years ago.
Perry, 27, also was a suspect but never was charged in the slayings of Stotler's son Adam, 16, and a friend, Jeremy Richardson, 18.
Perry was driving Adam Stotler's SUV when he was arrested after a police shootout and claims a confession he made to police is untrue.
An execution date has not yet been set.

Appeal rejected? Move him to the front of the execution line and get it over with, put this SOB low life out of the public's misery and find a nice pine box with enough worm holes in it to put his useless body into and bury him so we can get on with the next in line.
