Chris is stable and holding on. Monday the drs. are starting a series of operations that will go on for about 2 months. The operations are grafting skin in small areas on his legs. They are keeping Chris knocked out .He isn't aware of what is happening right now. Please keep the prayers going for my son. Thanks to everyone for all the help and loving offers. Special Thank You 's to Heath Bruton and Jeff Cupps for their quick actions in saving Chris's life. Thanks to the EMT'S and THE FIREMEN who responded to the 911 call. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE

I know the family has thanked Heath personally for saving Chris and just wanted to tell everyone to keep Heath in their prayers, also. It has to be tramadic to see this happen to your friend and still be able to keep a straight head and save him (without you Chris would not be here today.) Thank you and you are in our prayers.

Although I do not live in Gatesville anymore, I know there are many folks from the community who join me in prayers for his recovery and safety. These kinds of injuries are serious and recovery takes time and I know he will be in many of ours thoughts for throughout the process.

I agree, let's ALL keep this man and his family in our prayers. He didn't do the smartest thing in the world ... but he is sure paying the price for it. He is a human being and in pain! Pray for him and his family. No more agitating remarks pls.
