So, a federal judge decided this guy can't be executed. I say the guy should be placed under house arrest in the federal judge's home, since the judge thinks he is such a nice guy.

This is just an excuse. He new what he was doing when he was killing. This needs to be carried out as the jury expected. The judge should not have this option.

I get so sick of these people who who commit horrible acts like this and get out of the punishment. What a coward. He is not the victim! I say an eye for an eye. This goes for all the other murderers out there too. Why do you whine about the lethal injection being to painful and unconstitutional? Look at all the pain you caused your victims!! Wasnt that unconstitutional!!?? These people need to actually die in the same way their victims did. That is justice.

These bleeding heart liberal judges need to be removed from the bench and put someone in there who will do what needs to be done, and that's get rid of this murderous slimeball.

Of course he is mentally ill. No "mentally stable" person murders. Any dog acting out this way would be euthanized regardless of mental state just because it endangers others. This person knows what he did was wrong - even toddlers that cannot speak know how to manipulate for self-benefit.

Mentally ill, my foot. These people will say or do whatever they will to justify what they do. I agree with Jenny in Waco - this man has gone on "living" for 17 years - he should have been put to death years ago - he killed 2 people. For crying outloud, what is our justice system coming to? Get these low life scums outta here and send them to hell where they belong and let us save on tax dollars - geez!

It is a shame that people are so evil in their ways. Too much breeding by incompetents and undiagnosed mentally ill leads to no-good. My sympathy to the son left to fend for himself. I hope he has found good in life despite his genes.

17 years at $50,000 a year comes to $850,000 dollars. It only costs $85.00 to Lethal-Inject!! Do it and move on to the next one!!!
