DPS: Mexican Cartels, Gangs Are Recruiting In Texas Schools
The Texas Department of Public Safety warned parents across the state Tuesday that Mexican drug cartels and gangs are recruiting students in schools and communities, luring them with cars and cash and promising they’ll face minimal punishment if caught.

I am a Texan and I wanted to go home. I got back there and ran into an illegal alien that threatened me about two days after I got there. The local Sheriff, whom I knew, told me I had to get along with them. And surely Texas knows by now that the genetics of the Mexican People and the American People are very similar. Calling anyone a racist is an illiterate and crummy thing to do... for a Texan. But you know.. the illegal aliens don't know that. They come up to the 5th or so grade, and then they go to work. It is what Mexico wants. Of course, they don't stay home and fix it.. the come to the U.S. and threaten us while they call us dirty names. Nice.

The charge here is cartels recruiting teens for drugs,not ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION! Of course the racist are ready to jump on this issue. I would like to hear the Original Owners,or how people in the south like to say,"INJUNS",comment on illegal immigration and the consequences of genocide and concentration camps i mean reservations, in Amerikkka. btw, mexico stretched all the way to nevada. so i dont know what all this talk about southern "borders" is suppose to be.

The Klan and Skinheads do the same thing. They would handout pamphlets and flyers right outside school campuses across Texas. My child brought home a few and had know idea what it was.

If the Mexican people are guilty of attracting negative attention due to this type of activity then is it okay to point fingers at those parents of white children and adults who are the pre-dominant users as responsible for not teaching thier children from becoming drug users? Hmmmmmm... something to think about. Seems pretty stupid to me, but so did the comment from Anonymous and Yep in Cove.

just one more reason to close the borders to illegal infestation i mean immigration. i dont care what you libs say about my comment. come into the country legally no matter who you are or where you came from and you will have no argument from me. then again...for someone to do that they would need to have respect for this country as well as have morals too..... both of which i think are completely absent from illegals and those who want to overthrow our sovereignty.via de-diablo/aztlan.

Didn't Ms. Napolitano, on behalf of the Dept. of Homeland Security, just issue a press release a few days ago announcing essentially that: "Look at the huge progress we have made w/ border security - our borders are now much more secure/safe; since we have made such huge progress,it is now time to "regularize" all of the illegal immigrants", etc. etc. Am I missing something, or is this a shocking disconnect w/ reality? Everyone needs to be writing to their Senators and Representatives NOW, and expressing their opinion: if you continue to support illegal immigrants in their lobby for continued free healthcare ( both in ERs, and non-emergent care), continued extra services in the school systems, continued gross dishonesty ( identity fraud, false names/SS#s when obtaining free healthcare, schooling, and jobs), then we will NOT vote for you under any circumstances. Period. I am a left-leaning, Democrat-voting person. But, I have had it. I do not advocate gross dishonesty. Period.

I have to disagree with the person below ..our people are just people like u all..every race has some kind of issue when u say things like their people or those people , makes me wonder what type of socity im liveing in..all we can do is pray for the fallen to know what is to become of them , every cause has an effect..Its not just one person or race, its every where and the sooner we realize that and quit pointing fingers and do something about it the better off we will be!
