Everyone saying things would have changed if he had worn a helmet is wrong, you know nothing about this accident and nothing about Billy, so I am sking to let our family have our proper grieving time without everyone making there own reports. Either way no matter what you say, a son, a brother, a grandson, A DADDY, a nephew , a cousin, and a friend was lost that day, and it is a tragedy in our family. No matter what you all have to say, he's not coming back to us. Just let our family be and leave your thoughts about him not wearing a helmet to yourself
