WACO (November 22, 2009) - A portion of Highway 6 near Lake Waco was closed down for about an hour Sunday night after an accident.
The accident happened at 7:32 p.m.
DPS Troopers at the scene say a White Chevy Impala was pulled over on the side of the highway. When the driver tried to get back into the correct lane, it hit a Mercury Cougar going in the same direction.
The Mercury Cougar spun around and was hit by another vehicle going in the opposite direction.
Two people were taken to Hillcrest Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Troopers say the driver of the Cougar was not licensed and was under the age of 16.

So what happens to the "unlicensed" driver?? Are they going to get their privledges revoked, suspended? Or is this moron who was driving without a license going to get a slap on the wrist and still be allowed to get their license when they do turn 16??

According to this Article, the person in the parked car caused the accident, not the under-age-un-licensed driver. What about the third car?? Poorly reported!!
