(May 9, 2007)--A worker is dead after a tank fell on him Wednesday at an East Texas tank company.

The accident happened at the Baker Tank Company in Arp 16 miles southeast of Tyler.

Smith County Sheriff's Lieutenant Larry Wigginton says the man was working on a tank in the company yard when he moved some braces and the tank fell on him.

Wigginton says the man's identity is being withheld until his family can be notified.
