(May 10, 2007)--Severe thunderstorm warnings were in effect for parts of Limestone and Robertson Counties until 6 p.m. Thursday and flood advisories were in effect for the same areas until 7:15 p.m. as storms started to spring up in parts of the region.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible again across Central Texas as very cold air aloft combines with warmer air on the ground.
Where showers do spring up, locally heavy rainfall and hail are possible.
There’s a 40 to 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day, but rain chances drop to 20 percent Thursday night.
Friday is expected to be mostly cloudy with about a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms and the story is the same on Saturday and Sunday.
