TEMPLE (January 19, 2010)—A Temple ISD bus with 34 students aboard was involved in a collision Tuesday morning with a vehicle whose driver was attempting to pass the bus on the left as the bus driver attempted to make a left turn.
One student and the bus driver were taken to Scott & White Hospital, the school district said.
The student’s injuries were minor, the district said.
The accident occurred in the 3000 block of West Adams in Temple.
The district contacted the students’ parents or guardians by phone after the accident.
