WACO (February 1, 2010)—A Mazda Protégé veered off Bishop Drive Monday evening in Waco, crossed a yard, struck a tree, collided with a parked pickup truck and then crashed through the wall of a house into the kitchen.
When the car hit the truck, a front tire of the pickup hit a man who was taking out the trash, and sent him flying about five feet.
The accident happened just after 5 p.m. Monday in the 6700 block of Bishop.
The resident said he was taking out the trash when he saw the Mazda barreling across the lawn.
He said he could hear the engine revving.
He said the impact left him with a sore foot, but he declined medical treatment.
Police said the woman was disoriented after the accident and told them she had taken an over-the-counter allergy pill earlier in the day.
She was taken to a local hospital.
Bricks and debris littered the kitchen of the home.

....I didn't know residents could fly.
Over the counter or not it's still Driving Under the Influence. Don't drive if your not alert.
Fell asleep at the wheel eh? Those allergy pills will make a person extremely drousy. At first reading I thought it had the same problem as the Toyota stuck pedal. Must have been going really fast to bounce off a tree and truck then demolish a house.
