HENDERSON (February 9, 2010)—Rusk County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Viki Penny Tuesday identified a couple who died of carbon monoxide poisoning at an RV park as Matthew Thomas Rawley, 43, and his wife, Erica Nicole Rawley, 34, both of Frisco.
Penny said deputies were dispatched Sunday night to the Gator Run RV Park after a relative called to say the Rawleys never arrived at their Denton County residence as planned.
Penny said the victims were found dead in their trailer.
The Southwestern Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas confirmed Monday the cause of death was carbon monoxide poisoning.
