KILLEEN (February 15, 2010)-Police and rescue personnel responded Monday morning after a car drove through a fast food restaurant in Killeen.
The collision occurred just after 7 a.m. Monday at the McDonalds restaurant located at W.S. Young and Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Killeen.
A 48-year old woman was taken from the scene via ambulance to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
The collision caused a hole in the wall of the building.
Rescue crews were gone from the scene by 8 a.m. and the restaurant was expected to remain open Monday in spite of the collision.
It was not clear Monday why the collision occurred.
