AUSTIN (February 22, 2010)-Funeral services have been scheduled for the Internal Revenue Service staffer that died when a small plane slammed into a multi-story building in North Austin.

Services are still pending but Vernon Hunter, a 68-year-old Vietnam War veteran, will receive a full military burial Friday at the Central Texas State Veterans cemetery in Killeen.

Hunter, employed by the IRS for 20 years, was the only fatality from the crash other than the pilot, software engineer Andrew Joseph Stack III, who on Feb. 18 intentionally flew his small plane headlong into the Echelon Building.

Meanwhile, roads surrounding the Echelon building were still blocked as the structural integrity of the building remains a concern this week.

Engineers are expected on Monday to begin evaluating what is left of the structure.

Someone has taken to using my name as their own. To that person: Can you not figure out a name for yourself, or are you trying to make it sound like I said things that I didn't say? Either way, I will no longer use SandraB as my handle.

Vernon hunt might be a hero, I don't know cause I don't know him, he may not be I don't know that either. So I should not praise or put someone down if I don't know the facts, nor call him Brother until I truely know the facts.
