PORT ARTHUR (February 23, 2010)—Jefferson County Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett has ordered an autopsy on 9-year-old Justin Henley, whose body was found early Monday after a fire that left his father, David, with serious burns.

David Henley was taken to a hospital in Beaumont and then transferred to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where a spokesman said he was in good condition Tuesday in the burn unit.

Assistant Fire Marshal Paul Washburn says three other family members escaped the fire that killed the fourth grader.

Investigators think the fire was accidental, but other details weren’t immediately available.
